Hello All!  Throughout   my senior year the Lord has laid the desire on my heart to attend Youth With A Mission (YWAM)  . I have just recently been accepted to their school in April. YWAM is a christian mission organization whose purpose is to know God and make him known. YWAM's beliefs are that "We are called to love, worship, and obey God, to love and serve His Body, the Church, and present the whole gospel for the whole person throughout the whole world." The first three months I would be living in Kona, Hawaii on a base where I would be surrounded by other believers in a missions focused community, fully submerged in God's word, getting discipled and learning how to disciple.  After the training and teaching I will be sent out with a team of believers overseas to spread the gospel to the nations, so exciting!


Acts 13:47

“For the Lord has commanded us, “I have made you a light for the gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth”


I am so eager for what the Lord has in store for me, to see how he refines me with his people, strengthens me with his word, and pours his love into me so I am able to pour it into others. Coming to the end of high school brought a lot of uncertainty for me. Not knowing where I want to go to school yet, much less what I want to go to school for. In the midst of this change Christ kept tugging at me, reminding me that if I am pursuing him and his mission for my life he will give me peace, clarity, and guidance for my future. 

Psalm 25:4-5 “Make me know Your ways, O LORD; Teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; For You I wait all the day.”


I would greatly appreciate your prayers and financial support going into this next chapter of my life.  Prayers for; a soft heart in whatever a God calls me too, Christ to give me boldness in my faith, and  strength.  I know there will be much opposition in spreading the word of God. I will also be in need of financial support. I have to raise $4,000 in total. This will cover my classes, room, board, meals, and flights during the outreach.
