I didn’t want to put any names out but I feel it is necessary so people know who this is for, my dad Shawn woolridge who has had a long battle of mental health issues has finally sought the help he needed desperately. It took a lot of courage and strength for him to take the steps he did. He did not want to go we had to make him go. We are asking that whoever can or wants to help please do, with him in the hospital seeking help we do not want him to lose his home, have to stress about bills or the kids that’s still living in his home during this stressful time. His expenses are around 2,000 a month. I understand times are hard and everyone is struggling to make ends meet. mental health is real, it takes a toll on not only mental but physical. Our dad has always been the strong one who held every one up, always was happy it kills us to see him the way he is and where he is at, he has fought a long fight to the point it was the end for him if he didn’t get help, he lost so much weight, couldn’t drive, walk talk wasn’t eating or drinking, slept 24/7. He has always worked so hard to take care of his 7 kids not counting the kids he took in that wasn’t his. He has many grandkids and kids that need him. We love him dearly so we would like to give back by taking care of him while he is taking care of himself for once in his life. We want him to come home without having to stress about how he’s going to catch up, we are trying to avoid anything that might cause him to spiral when he gets home. Anything raised will be put towards all bills, Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated.
