in 2024 our beautiful Isabella-Grave was born and was given very low odds of survival. She proved wrong and lived for 4 beautiful days where she fought her hardest. But the time came where we had to say out goodbyes. This charity lays close to mine and my families hearts. The support they gave before Isabella was born, during and after didn’t go unnoticed..

I have chosen to raise some money for this charity whilst receiving a free ballot for my London Marathon; to give a little something back. To support all families who have been under the care of Ty Hafan.

In our hospice, and in Welsh communities and family homes, we are here to care for the children and young people who need us, helping to make their short lives as full as they can be and, when the time comes, provide end-of-life care and ongoing bereavement care. Our specialist support also extends to parents, siblings and other family members, offering personalised support to give them strength, make treasured memories together and improve their quality of life.

.Children who suffer from conditions which mean that they will not reach adulthood, and includes family support and bereavement counselling. This service is completely free to all the families that use Ty Hafan and currently costs over 4 million pounds a year. Please help us to make a difference for these children and their families
