Help for Sebastian

First I wanna start by saying thank you for even acknowledging this gofundme.  This boy right here is my everything. For those who don’t know me my name is Julie and this is my lovely fur child Sebastian. He has been with me through a lot of hardships and has never let me down. My boy started having a weird cough that became more consistent over time. The vet found out he had fluid around his lungs which was causing him to have difficulty breathing. They ran some tests and had to do a sonogram, some X-rays, and a cat scan. They had to do drain over a gallon of fluid our of his chest and the cat scan revealed he had a spleen torsion. He needed surgery to remove the spleen and gastropexy which is to prevent his stomach from twisting on its self due to the removal of his spleen. He needed to be monitored for three days after the surgery to make sure his heart was beating normally. I finally got him home and he’s recovering doing great. He hates his cone of shame but needs it to prevent him from licking his incision site. I didn’t want to bother anyone but unfortunately his vet bills were just to much. My family and friends encouraged me to just make a gofundme cause right now a little will go a long way.  Over a 4 week period of 6 vet visits Everything came out to 12,915.68. If the amount donated exceeds the amount I’m asking for i will be donating the money to ASPCA.
