Kevin's Corazon

Kevin is one of the nicest people I have ever known, literally (I'm not just saying that). He wouldn't hesitate to give you his last $5 or the shrit off his back. No matter how cliche that sounds, it is true. I have had the pleasure of calling him friend for over 15 years, and I am looking forward to the next forever years as friends.  In the past few years we have watched as Kevin has traversed the medical system from his first helicopter ride to the most recent hospital stays, and all the while he has maintained an amazingly positive attitude. I admire him for that and so many other things (all of which you will get to read about as we publish blogs and updates).

We are setting up this campaign to help with the next steps in the recovery process since Kevin has received a new heart as of May 12, 2015.  The next step is for him to focus on getting better and stronger and healing, not worrying about the bills or whether he can or cannot afford something.
