Medical treatment

Hi my name is Bernie and I am a domestic longhair. I am only a few years old and love chasing things that move, cuddling with the humans who love me and playing with my furry friends at home.

Sadly one day I started to feel poorly and my human took me to the vets. They said I have this thing called Gingivitus which is causing my teeth to fall out. I also can’t keep my tongue is my mouth due to the swelling and these big lumps that the vet wants to look at. This means I am constantly dribbling this yucky thick, yellow stuff.

My owner has paid for medicine for me which made me feel much better but sadly I can’t have anymore. The vets want to take my teeth out and check on the nasty lumps to see just how nasty they are.

Sadly my owners insurance won’t help with the cost and my human is very sad she can’t afford to make me feel better.

So I am making this fundraiser to help get the treatment I really need. The vet has said it could cost up to £2500! Which is a lot of money.

Is anyone out there able to help towards the cost? Money is so tight for everyone at the moment as my human won’t even buy me Whiskers… so I understand if all you can do is share my post. That would make me really happy too.

I just want to feel better so I can play with my furry friends, cuddle my humans and enjoy my time again.

All I want to do is sit alone at the moment :(
