my psychology doctorate
Hi Dears,
My name is Talal El-Deeb, I am a PhD Psychology student at Brunel University in London.
I started my PhD on 1st January 2013, my research interest is to explore and estimate the prevalence rate of Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among adults living in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian territory. The reason I have decided to focus my project on this, is to provide help for those suffering from PTSD and depression due to the current and long standing war crisis as well as blockade occurring in Gaza. There is scarcity of studies with very little support for the adults faced by these devastating circumstances, and I hope to eventually travel to the Gaza strip after I finish my PhD and provide the psychological help that the 38% of the depressed and 16% of the traumatised population desperately need.
The tuition fee for the course is £15,000 (British pounds), and this has been directly paid to Brunel University from the bank, as part of a development career loan. My course will end on 1st March 2017 and the bank asked for the first repayment on 1st November 2015. I am under a great amount of stress as I am currently unable to pay for my fees due to difficult financial circumstances. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if I can gather as much funds as possible urgently, so please do your best to fund my project.
Thank you
Talal El-Deeb
