Following unprecedented deaths from preventable causes in the community due to lack of access to care, UHEAL resolve to bring care to the villages. We screen and treat conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, malaria, infections etc. In addition, we do eye exam, give glasses and refer individuals who need further care to specialists for expert management.
Please help UHEAL achieve its aim of improving, population health through screening, treatment and health education.
