Hi friends and fam! As many of you know, I am a singer/songwriter out here in LA, and I'm so excited to share my upcoming projects with you all! I'm in pre-production for my next music video for a song that I wrote, produced, composed, and performed called "Kings & Queens" - you can hear the teaser in the video attached to this gofundme link! The music video will be directed by the beautiful and talented actress Mädchen Amick, and all of the dancers will be coming from the fabulous Debbie Allen Dance Academy thanks to our dear friend Debbie Allen :) AND I'm honored to have the incredibly talented choreographer Ingrid Graham officially joining the crew!!
I believe in the importance of indie music in today's music scene, and that's why I've created and promoted all of my projects from this independent approach - and this includes how I raise money for our work! I always try to incorporate a good cause with my music as well; with this fundraising initiative, I will be donating 10% of my goal of $4k to the mental health organization called "Bring Change 2 Mind" and to a start-up organization that I am involved with called "THRIVE Side by Side" that creates networking connections within inner-city schools to promote upward socio-economic mobility through entrepreneurship opportunities.
The goal of $4K goes towards the amazing crew, choreographer, cost of equipment, editing/design, studio space, rehearsal time, and to our charity organizations.
It's going to be tons of fun, and it would mean the world if you could help me fulfill this artistic vision!! Any amount will be a huge help, and thank you to all of you who have been keeping up with my music and projects. It's meant the world to have your support over the years and I want to continue to make art that is worth sharing with you. We will be filming in Koreatown and I would love to have you with me on the shoot days!
