Tremendously beautiful and creative, our aunt Monique is the strongest person we know. She endured tragedy and turned it into triumph. At age 17, the world class diver survived an unimaginable accident and has been in a wheelchair ever since. Like a warrior, she has accomplished the impossible- championed the Paralympics, fought for her para-peers in endless ways, been a supportive family member to all 7 black sheep and pursued her talent as an extraordinary artist. She has helped many and asked for very little in life. Due to her disability, the winter months are painfully taxing and that's why we're asking for contributions to get central heat in her Dallas home. Warmth is an important healing tool for somebody like Monique. Please help us raise the funds for our lovely punk rock aunt, Monique.
