Pam's Medical Fund

Angie Carroll is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Pam Forman.
Dear friends and family of Pam Mack Forman,  due to an unexpected medical emergency, Pam is in need of our help.  Pam has been hospitalized at Rumford hospital since last week and has a long road to recovery ahead.  This fundraiser is to help offset the cost of medical expenses and assist Pam with living expenses while she heals.  Any amount would be greatly appreciated!
