Hello All.
My name is Esteban Soto. My wife and I had our wedding on June 27th of this year.
Sadly, on June 24th, the Wednesday before my wedding our families were struck with tragedy. my brother, Ricardo Soto, and my best friend, Christopher Avila Grado were in a car accident on their way to the wedding.
In the aftermath of the accident, my best friend passed away in the hospital due to his sustained injuries. My brother survived with several broken limbs and minor bodily contusions and lacerations.
We have still not recovered from this traumatic incident, but that doesn't mean the world has stopped around us. As we move on to the road of recovery my family needs help.
My brother has received two surgeries on his leg to reset his leg and repair his knee cap and tibia. He also received a surgery in his wrist and on 3 of his fingers.
He is going to need surgery to repair his ACL and several other ligaments in his knee (the damage still hasn't been fully assessed due to the amount of trauma in his knee) and the doctors have told us that he will need Total Knee Replacement surgery in a year given all the damage.
We want to get him back to 100% as much as possible. Unfortunately, if we can't pay the bills, that won't be possible.
