Hello, my name is Josh. I am in the military with a wife, three kids, and two dogs.

The picture is of my dog Max. He is a two-year-old long-haired German Shepherd. We found out that he has a bowel obstruction last night and we need to have surgery to get it removed but just can't afford a surgery right now. I don’t usually ask for help like this; in fact, it's my first GoFundMe. I'm afraid if we don’t get him this surgery that he will have to be put down.
