Helping Women Heal From Child Sexual Abuse

"Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it" Helen Keller

Is it possible to Heal from the Trauma of Child Sexual Abuse?

My answer today is very different than it was many yesterdays ago.  Now my answer to this question, Yes Yes Yes, you absolutely can, and I'm living proof of that.

With the right help, Survivors can be given the chance to live again, to love again, and to feel a sense of peace that they so desperately long for.

A retreat for Female Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse changed my life, and it's time for me to pay it forward.  Today I ask you to donate to our Time To Heal retreat so we can all give the Gift Of Healing to Survivors who so despretly need it.

This Is Our Story

Two years ago our blended family of six adults and 3 children, left the city life behind in pursuit of a shared passion and a dream first realized by Crystal Wood nearly ten years ago.

As a survivor of child sexual abuse (CSA) Crystal spent most of her adult life seeking an understanding of her trauma and the lasting consequences she wrestled with daily. It was through her healing journey that she found her passion and purpose in life. She vowed to turn all of her pain, all of her darkness, and all of her sorrow into lightness. She had no idea how or when but she knew intuitively that it was her mission in life to help other survivors heal from their pain.

After she had the life-changing experience of attending The Haven retreat for survivors of child sexual abuse Crystal’s dream of helping survivors was finally realized. Her path to healing had become clear and she knew at that moment how she was going to help survivors. It was then that the Time To Heal Retreat and U Grow Girl was born.
