Mi hermana Estrella es mama soltera de dos adolescentes, que la adoran. Se ha dedicado en los últimos años, a travez de su negocio de cursos y consultas, a ayudar a muchas personas a entender sus emociones y como estas afectan tu salud. Ademas de vivir una vida sana, se le ve los Sábados en el mercado orgánico de San Jose del Cabo, en donde apoya semanalmente.
Viviendo en los Cabos, le encanta el mar y nada con un equipo a mar abierto varias veces a la semana.

Nadie imaginaba, que una persona como ella, saludable y joven, el ultimo Miércoles de Noviembre por la mañana, durante su nado a mar abierto tuviera una embolia cerebral masiva.
Su equipo de natación la rescato del mar y rápidamente la llevaron a hospital mas cercano. El maravilloso Hospital privado H+ y sus médicos le salvaron la vida ese miércoles. Los siguientes días fueron cruciales dado que el cerebro se estaba inflamando, y se considero la posibilidad de una cirugía de cabeza para remover parte de la corteza cerebral y aliviar la presión del cerebro. Finalmente el Sábado en la mañana la inflamación ceso, y la cirugía de cabeza fue suspendida. Para el Domingo fue claro que el camino para la recuperación comenzaba. Finalmente el siguiente Lunes fue dada de alta del hospital.
Su lado izquierdo por el momento esta paralizado, el lado derecho necesita terapia, pero afortunadamente su mente esta alerta. .

Agradecemos a Dios, y a todos los que la tuvieron en sus oraciones, enviándole bendiciones y amor por ayudarla en espíritu.

Estrella ha logrado dejar una huella de amor por todo los caminos en los que ha pasado. Nos ha conmovido todas las bellas amistades que han estado al pendiente de su recuperación. Hermosas personas han ayudo en formas de terapias, masajes, apoyo con preparación y entrega de comida, reikis, terapias de aceites, llevando y trayendo a sus hijas y mucho, mucho amor.

La recuperación aun es incierta y larga. Algunos doctores han dado el pronostico de un año en poder recuperarse, con continuas terapias y tratamientos, y sin la promesa de una recuperación completa.
La familia sabemos que todo el amor que le han enviado, y el gusto por la vida que Estrella tiene y el amor a sus hijas, va a lograr una recuperación completa.

Para todos aquellos que están lejos y han preguntado de que manera la pueden ayudar, por favor consideren una donación. Los gastos del hospital fueron bastante considerables; No va a poder trabajar en meses y los gastos diarios y el sostener a sus hijas es necesario durante estos momentos dificiles.

Tu donación le va a dar tranquilidad en saber que el amor que por tantos años nos ha dado, le va a apoyar para que su mente este tranquila y se pueda enfocar en recuperarse y sonreír por una vida llena de bendiciones.

My younger sister Estrella, is a single mother of two beautiful daughters that adore her. She has spend the last years teaching and coaching others, how their emotions affect their wellbeing, through her consulting business.

She has live a healthy life. You could see her on Saturdays at the Organic Farmers Market in San Jose del Cabot, helping promote a healthy and better lifestyle. 

Living in Los Cabs, she loves the ocean, and swims a couple of times a week in the ocean with her team.

Nobody would have imagine, that such a young and healthy person on that last Wednesday of November she would have a massive brain stroke while swimming.

Her team rescue her out of the water and rush her to the nearest hospital.  A wonderful private hospital H+ and their team of doctors were able to saved her life that day. Still the next days were crucial, as the brain began to swallow due to the massive stroke, and the doctors consider the possibility of a rush brain surgery to release the brain pressure.

Finally on Saturday the brain stop the swallowing just before the surgery. By Sunday, awe began to see signs of recovery.  Finally on Monday she was release from the hospital. Her left side paralyzed, the right side in need of therapy for it to function, but fortunately her mind was bright and clear.

We are thankful to God, and all the people who kept her in her prayers, and send her love, blessings and light.

Estrella has left only love in every path she had travel, and we are humble by the beautiful friends who have being checking on her. Lovely people that have help with therapy, massages, food preparation and delivery, driving her kids, reeks, oil therapies, and much, much love.

Recovery is still uncertain and long. Some doctors though of over a year for a recovery, with no promise to a full recovery.

We are certain that the love she has received, her willing to live life and the unconditional love for her daughters will help her have a faster and full recovery.

For all of you far from her, who asked how you can help, please consider a donation. The hospital expenses were huge, the daily expenses and the caring for her daughthers during the coming months as she won't be able to work.
