Hi all.

On October 24th 2025, I will be setting out to Uganda for 10 days on my first Christian mission trip as part of a team from Fraserborough Central Church. I am organising a sponsored 12K walk and Hill climb to contribute towards funds for such as accommodation and vaccines. (Vaccines alone costing around £500). Both walk&climb will be done week commencing 7th July.

I am currently studying at a Christian discipleship programme in Nottingham and would love to use my experience and knowledge gained here, to help children and mothers and families in Uganda who are part of the Watoto ministry.

When on the mission trip I will be:

Bringing Hope and love in the Watoto Orphanages, with both children and mothers.

Handing out bibles and sharing the Word of God in the neighbourhoods.

Helping Orphaned and abandoned children in the Watoto villages

Helping teenage victims of sexual abuse at Wamakisa

Helping out at a local primary school

Assiting with feeding programme down in the community areas.

Visiting women that were traumatised during the wars.

and most importantly meeting needs as we come across them.
