Help me get to Edinburgh

Hello! My name is Matthew Hancock.  I am actor/singer/dancer based  in Los Angeles, CA.  I have been selected to join the cast of "30 Minute Musicals" for their residency in Edinburgh, Scotland.  This is a thirty minute improv show where, through audience prompts, we make a music parody of all your favorite films such as "Top Gun", "Die Hard", and "Jurassic Park".  I will be joining artists around the world at the 2019 Edinburgh Festival Fringe .  This is a huge honor as this festival is widely respected and hosts the hottest theatrical shows from around the world.  

I am asking for help raising funds to offset travel and food costs for my time in Edinburgh.   I will be in Edinburgh, Scotland for Twenty nine days!  I am asking for funds to cover food as well as my roundtrip travel from Los Angeles, CA to Edinburgh, Scotland.   I would like to have the funds by the end of June; as I will need to purchase plane tickets as soon as possible, before prices surge.

Getting the opportunity to take my talents to another country to share with audiences around the world is literally a dream come true.  One of my missions as an artist is to make audiences feel, in the case, joy.  The show is bound to uplift and bring audiences back again and again.  It is also a chance for me to get to travel abroad, something I have not been able to do, with my work.  I most look forward to performing for the Edinburgh audiences.  The gift of live performance is really the greatest thing about what I do.  To engage with other humans at this level, changes molecules, and ultimately changes our world.  Without this support it would be quite difficult to make this opportunity real.  I will be forever grateful to those who can help me attain my fundraising goals.    It is through the power of the giving spirit that we have all come to be.  I am ready to share this expirience with the audiences in Edinburgh.
