A Heartfelt Plea to Rescue My brother's family from Gaza's War

I’m, Nadia Al-Aloul from Canada, reaching out to you with a heavy heart, asking for your support to save my brother’s family. My brother’s family is currently trapped in the relentless crossfire of the conflict in Gaza.

I make this sincere appeal, a desperate cry for help in evacuating my brother's family from the dire situation unfolding in the Gaza Strip.

With a deep sense of urgency and a broken heart, I humbly plead for your kind support to facilitate the evacuation of my family and their children from Gaza.

I’m engineer Ahmed Muqbel and my wife Azhar, we have 3 boys and 3 girls

My second son, Amjad Muqbel , his wife Rana, and their child, Joud Muqbel.

Making the decision to leave Gaza for me and my family to go is the most painful decision I have ever made, but their lives are in imminent danger. They will die from bombing or from hunger and thirst. We have narrowly escaped death many times under unimaginable circumstances. Our house was bombed and completely destroyed. The house that was built cost a lot and I am still paying the house installments to the bank (more than 90 thousand dollars remain from the bank loan). (roughly 12243555CAD).

I lost my brother, and my eldest son was seriously injured in his foot (he needs to travel abroad for treatment as quickly as possible, otherwise his foot is in danger of being amputated).

I lost many of my relatives, my brothers’ homes, and my mother’s home were destroyed.

We do not have any shelter now. We are displaced, homeless, tired and hungry. We only get a few of the necessities of life (no water, no food, no medicine, no electricity).

I want to save my family from a painful fate.

This support is crucial to facilitating their evacuation to Egypt, a journey that comes with an expensive and overwhelming financial burden, making it very difficult to bear. I have taken on the responsibility of being the breadwinner for the family, a role that I intend to continue with, by the grace of God, as I continue to survive and provide ongoing support my family

The cost of evacuating an adult is $5,000, and $2,500 for a child. These fees were announced in late January 2024. Therefore, to cross the Rafah crossing, we would need a total of $52,500 (roughly 7074158 CAD), an amount beyond our ability to afford.

Using this target amount provides a foundation to initiate our life anew, given that our losses surpass $142500.

I decided to seek help and support from people with compassionate hearts and good consciences today. I will not be ashamed. Today I decided to save my family from war. I decided to escape from death, killing, destruction and bombing. Today I decided to emigrate from the Gaza Strip. Feel free to make donations. My family and I have the right to reach safety, no matter what. I was against the idea of ​​immigrating from Gaza, but escaping death is something that cannot be blamed
