Hello, my name is Amy. I am fundraising to help pay for legal fees to restore my children to my full custody. My husband and GAL have falsely accused me twice to CPS. I previously didn't even have a speeding ticket on my record. I don't smoke, drink or even eat nonorganic food. I homeschooled my 4 kids and when they were court-ordered into private school they tested a year ahead and in honors. My husband has filed a divorce and refuses to bring forth the full financials to complete the divorce. I was court ordered out of my house and I was told it is being remodeled for the girlfriend. My GAL had a revealed conflict of interest with my 1st judge and my first lawyer had a conflict of interest with my husband's lawyer. Consequently, they removed themselves after approving my loss of full custody for my children. My second lawyer just restored to me supervised visitation and phonecalls with my kids after a year of court battles and a new judge. I am not even divorced so our finances are controlled by my husband. My second lawyer told me this week that he is retiring. The only option is for me to pro SE and continue into depositions and the appointment of a forensic audit of our finances and trial. I am praying to Jehovah Jireh for a miracle.
