Kristie's Stage 4 Cancer Fight

Cancer! No one wants to hear the words, especially Metastatic Stage 4 Breast Cancer. But, last year that is exactly the news my sister Kristie was given.  After two years of trying to get the doctor to understand that something was  not quite right, even though the mammograms were not showing anything, an MRI revealed the ugly truth.  The cancer had already traveled from her breasts to the lymph nodes, stomach and bones.  My sister is a fighter. She is fighting this battle with dignity and grace.    Kristie is a private person and does not ask for the help of others.  She has been unable to work lately and this horrible disease is taking its toll on her emotionally and financially.  Until you've encountered cancer or had a loved one battle this monster, no one really knows the extent of the medical bills that pile up (co-pays for everything and huge deductibles to meet to name a few).  I'm asking for prayers from all for her restoration of health and for God to take this cancer from her body.  For those of you that are able to assist financially, I thank you in advance for caring and loving her with your donations so we can give her a little peace of mind. It is hard enough battling cancer, but the worry that comes along with trying to afford the medical care is overwhelming. Kristie is beautiful, smart and strong.  She means everything to me. My big sister has always been my fiercest ally and protector. My love for her knows no limits. With the grace of  God and the support of her family and friends, we will take this journey with her and kick cancer's butt!!!
