2 1/2 years ago, the lives of two amazing people intersected and a love story was set in motion. Witnessing Cody and Lindsay, two people so full of life and so ready to love each other so well, was a blessing to everyone around them. Because Cody cherishes Lindsay so, he proposed to her exactly 364 days after they began dating. On October 18th, 2014 they vowed to love each other for a lifetime, and recently announced that a baby is on the way! With Lindsay’s home daycare thriving, the baby was a perfect fit! The joy and the hope of this little family has been overwhelming.

While the love and dedication remains, they have just been dealt an enormous blow. During a routine ultrasound last month, what was believed to be an ovarian cyst was noticed in addition to a perfectly developing baby. The cyst was removed, but upon further testing, it was determined to have been a tumor carrying small cell ovarian cancer.
So much is uncertain, and there continue to be more questions than answers, but what is for certain is that we all would like to do anything and everything we possibly can to ease the burden of this season of life for Cody and Lindsay.
Treatment will begin as soon as possible, and will not allow Lindsay to continue running her business in the same capacity that she is currently. While we can’t take away the uncertainty, the disease, or the worry, we can eliminate the financial stress. The expenses are sure to include medical bills, travel to and from treatment, and meals. We also pray that we can raise enough to give Cody and Lindsay some much needed time away from home between chemo treatments.
Together, we can rally around the Webers and show them our unwavering love. I invite you to join us by donating here.
