I know Jordan & UFit will probably hate me for doing what I’m about to do because he’s a proud man, but I know he (along with millions of others of course) have been put in a position a business owner never plans for, I spoke to him today and I’ll be honest, he didn’t sound like himself – hence why I’m writing this.
I’ve been working with Jordan & UFit now for nearly 4 years and we’ve built a close friendship over time, we tell each other quite a lot but since his decision to cancel the memberships (which is an incredible act of kindness may I add) I did some maths and for the first time ever, I’m actually worried for the future of UFit should this lockdown continue, knowing how much it costs just to run UFit on a monthly basis.
Of course, the Government will potentially help at some point but with millions putting in their application at the same time, who knows how long it’ll take, it could be too late by then for some businesses.
But so far, he’s had no help at all.
I know not everyone is going to be able to do what I’m going to suggest due to your own personal situation, but what I was going to suggest only if you’re able to, without stretching yourself, is if your income hasn’t been affected by this shower of shit, that you give kindly of 1-2 months membership to the page.
Over the years UFit has over-delivered to us Personal Trainers, and you it’s members – the freezing of the memberships and handing out the equipment at no cost proves that.
All I ask is that we come together and help a gym that’s helped us all in so many ways.
Who knows, your donation and act of kindness, generosity could potentially save the future of UFit.
