Urgent Relocation for Healthcare Fund

We need to relocate for couple reasons. The most important is our daughter and her family need us. She has a cardiac condition that has caused her to pass out at random times when standing or up to long. Which is scary for the kids when they are the only ones home. Cardiologist is working on figuring out treatment for it and the pre stage heart failure that has been found with testing. It has made it difficult to drive sooner than expected. Her eye sight has been gradually going for few years due to health issues. Her and her husband have 4 great kids aging from 12 years old down to 8 years old. Two of them are autistic and have multiple appointments regularly. The youngest has a chromosome disorder which we just found out about. After many specialists and tests due to him being small and underweight (even with him eating everything all the time). Now more tests and figuring out how to get his weight to stay up with growing. One of the girls has growing issues and is being tested for the disorder. We (mom and dad) need to move to help take care of her, kids and home because our son-in-law works full time plus. We both have disabilities but together we believe we can manage driving to appointments, helping with house and yard along with just being there in case of emergency situations. With our rent here going up to half our income we can not afford the rent. So with everything falling on us at once it would be best for us and them to move states as soon as possible.
