So a few months ago back in January, I decided to let my son go with his dad to finish his fifth grade semester.  Due to the fact that my son was struggling here in Indy.  What I thought was a mutal agreement, has now turned into a desperate cry for HELP.  Over the last four months my sons father has cut all communication off.  The last time I spoke with my son, he complained of not having enough to eat, he also is in need of an inhaler in which his father is refusing to get.  I tried to go see him back in March, which his father then fled to Los Angeles with him.  I have had to obtain an attorney here in the state of Indiana( very costly) just for the state of Nevada to deny my motion to get my son back.  I have tried and tried to communicate with him, but he just keeps denying all my rights.  I was informed of this website through a coworker in hopes of finding help.  I have to obtain another attorney in Nevada for $1500.  And I also have to get back to Nevada once a court date is set.  Thats where the other five hundred is needed for flight,hotel and etc.  
I am in desperate need to get my son back, knowing that I could lose custody just for wanting help with my son!!
I only have 20 days to raise this money.  I have sold my belongings,  I have to move out of my apartment in which me and my two daughters reside.  This incident has taking a toll on me.  Not being able to eat or sleep.....trying to stay well for my other children.  Please, please help me bring my son home.  I'm hurting without him or knowing how he is.
