Alexander Restrepo UF Scholarship

I am setting up an endowment/scholarship in memory of my beloved son, a promising human being  whose life was senselessly cut short last year. Alex attended University of Florida on a full scholarship and graduated with a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering. Alex worked at Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant.  He was the type of person who loved to help his friends, family and coworkers.  To honor his memory and continue his legacy, I am requesting donations, so that his death may have a small benefit to aspiring students. The scholarship will run in perpetuity and funds raised will be transferred to the UF Administration who will create the scholarship in his honor.   It is with a heavy heart that I humbly request your assistance in continuing Alex's vision of always wanting to help others.
