Help my dog

Hello everyone, my 5 year old rottie has gotten hip dysplasia. I need to raise as much money as I can to afford the surgery. The surgery is going to be 700$, she is an incredible dog and I have so many fond memories with her, I don't want her to be in constant pain. She also works as a service dog for me, as I have seizures that she alerts me to, so her wellbeing and health is extremely important to my well being and saftey. I have epilepsy, and require a service dog to alert me when I'm about to have a seizure. She has saved me from life threatening injuries multiple times. She's very important to me health and well being. Due to my seizures, it is difficult for me to find and hold a job. (Before anyone asks, my Medicare paid for my SD) Due to bring unable to hold a job, I live off of unemployment atm. I receive about 400$ per check. With rent, utilities, and food costs I am unable to pay my dogs vet bill.
