Hi, my name is Juno and I am a gender non-conforming trans person. I am scheduled to receive top surgery this fall and am seeking financial assistance for the procedure and associated costs.

I came out as trans over two years ago and have been considering my options very thoroughly in regards to gender affirming care. Luckily I was able to find a surgeon who is able to meet my more specific requests and, despite his ability to schedule sooner, I decided to push back my surgery to offer up more time to save in anticipation.

I will need funds in order to pay for the cost of surgery, hospital bills, anesthesia, and recovery supplies, as well as extra funds set aside to cover the cost of rent and utilities while I am recovering and unable to work.

I was given quite a broad range of estimates for the cost of my surgery, so I have set my goal in the middle of those estimates. If I am able to cover the cost of my surgery with this fundraiser, any excess money will go to other people's surgery funds.
