We are starting this GoFundMe on behalf of our friend and coworker, Ivan, and his family. On Monday, January 12th, Ivan was taken by ICE from Jerry's Foods in Edina, where he has worked in the deli for 11 years. He was taken without permission or reason on his way to his regular shift. He is an incredibly hardworking and dedicated man who just wants what's best for his family. He is a father of three and has been in this country for over 20 years. He follows the law and works hard for those he loves.

At this moment, we do not know where Ivan is. We are working hard to locate him and bring him home.

Please give what you can to support Ivan and his family. They will need help paying for legal counsel and other expenses during this very difficult time. El lunes 12 de enero, Ivan fue detenido por agentes de la inmigracion en Jerry's Foods en Edina, donde ha trabajado en el departamento de deli por 11 años. Fue detenido sin permiso ni motivo aparente, cuando se dirigía a su turno habitual. Es un hombre increíblemente trabajador y dedicado que sólo desea lo mejor para su familia. Es padre de tres hijos y lleva más de 20 años en este país. Cumple con la ley y trabaja duramente por sus seres queridos.

En este momento, no sabemos dónde está Ivan. Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para localizarlo y que regrese a casa.
