Jenny's New Hip (that really Hurt)

Hi I am Zoe Midyett and I am proud to call Jennifer Veasey not just my employee, but more importantly my friend.
On January 22nd, 2016. Jennifer was working at Red Earth Feed & Tack when she went to assist a customer find a new pair of gloves for their son's birthday. As she was heading over she took a tumble. At first we all thought (including her) that it was just one of those things. But as time progressed we discovered that as stoic and as tough as she is she was in a lot of pain.
In true horse people fashion she was able to pull herself up into a chair. But she was not even able to move without pain. So we carried her (chair and all) out to J.T.'s (Jennifer Tyler) car to take her "to hospital" (there is no "the" in that sentence if you are British).
We have now found out that she has a serious break in her hip. As I type this she is being transferred to OU medical hospital for surgery.
Jennifer Veasey has been a wonderful friend to many of us over the years. She unselfishly gave, without a moment’s complaint, of her time and efforts during the devastating tornados when Red Earth became a hub for animal rescue efforts. She is always willing to take the time to help all of us with our questions with her extensive equestrian knowledge. She is a wonderful Mom and Grandma to both her 2 and 4 legged family.
While we will do everything we can on our end to help, this will be a tough road for her.
Please help Jennifer with her medical deductable and her regular expenses while she recovers. I know we all want her back in the saddle and back at Red Earth! She would never ask for this help on her own, but this will allow her to heal without worry.
