It absolutely pains me to write this today. Unfortunately, the unthinkable has happened and another young life is gone forever. DeWayne, my girlfriend's oldest son is gone at the tender age of 26. This little girl's father has lost his life to a terrible car accident. While words cannot express the pain his mom feels, the love lost by his significant other or the family that will long for him, the worst is that his cherished daughter will never know how she was daddy's little girl until he was gone. To add insult to pain already being felt, there was no coverage in place for this young man and now I ask the public on the family's behalf at their request to please donate what you can to assist laying one of our own to rest. The proceeds will go directly to services and burial and every dime over that amount will be used to set up a fund for his 1 year daughter. Being in insurance, this hurts me to my core but alas we all must come together and do what we can as a community.
