Help Mike Back On His Feet

Mike George has been an avid runner since his teens.  He has completed thousands of miles of training runs, short races, Half Marathons, Full Marathons and Ultra Marathons.  He has competed in the Disney Marathon 11 times and the Boston Marathon several times, just to name a few familiar races.  He also ran the Grand Canyon, down and up, just for fun - twice!  Unfortunately, age and heredity caught up with Mike on September 23rd when he suffered a major heart attack; he almost didn't make it.  Mike went into surgery for a catherization and received 5 stents.  His heart is back on pace.  To top it off, 10 days later, it was discovered that Mike's gallbladder was affecting his pancreas and the gallbladder needed to be drained.  At a later date it will be removed.


We greatly appreciate all of the well wishes, especially the prayers for his health, and meals that have been provided to "his 3 girls" but this has hit our family very hard and we don't know what expenses we will be facing due to his hospitalization and rehabilitation.  We are asking for donations for his care, whatever amount you can spare.  And remember prayers to our Lord are continually needed!  Thank you in advance for your help.  Love you all!
