Mahmoud is desperately appealing to his friends and their networks for urgent assistance given his deteriorating circumstances in Gaza. Mahmoud, his wife, and their two children aged 5 year and 1 year evacuated their home in Khan Younis in October last year.

Since this time, they have attempted to find safety at a UN school in Khan Younis, then a tent in Rafah and now, after experiencing terrifying bombing around their tent, they will move to the sand of the Rafah beach area.

Mahmoud and his family are struggling to find food and water and have now run out of money for the essentials to survive. The family home has been completely destroyed, leaving Mahmoud heartbroken and with no hope of rebuilding.

The children are suffering from illnesses due to contaminated drinking water, contracting covid and sporadic access to a limited amount of food.

We are hoping that your kind contribution could assist Mahmoud in getting through the next challenges in Gaza, which will include an extended period of homelessness and food insecurity.

This fragile situation has left Mahmoud in disarray and is unable to know what to do next. Any support you can offer would help this family to gain some sense of security and hope for the near future amidst an environment that is being completely destroyed around them.
