Hi I'm Leo, I’m a transgender man raising funds to access private gender-affirming care. Due to long NHS waitlists and the urgent need for treatment, I’ve decided to go private with Anne Health, a trusted but more expensive provider.

I’ve been out as trans since I was 12, but I’ve felt the disconnect with my body for far longer. Getting gender-affirming care isn’t just about comfort, it’s about survival, safety, and finally feeling at peace in my own skin.

Anne Health offers high-quality, affirming support — but it comes at a cost.

I’m aiming to raise £10,000 to cover three years of care, giving me time to:

• Begin hormone therapy

• Get on an NHS gender clinic waitlist

• Find better employment so I can support ongoing care myself

Breakdown of costs:

• Initial setup fee: £200

• Monthly membership:

• Year 1: £150/month

• Year 2: £100/month

• Year 3: £50/month

• Testosterone gel: £400 every 3 months

• Total estimate: £8,600

• Extra funds will cover travel for blood tests & any unexpected medical costs

Any leftover funds — if I start NHS treatment earlier than expected — will be donated to other trans fundraisers.
