November 6th we lost an incredible woman… my grandma.

My mom and grandma were more than mother and daughter they were housemates, due to medical reasons my grandmother relocated back to Canada and moved in with my mom. They shared a home, bills, late-night snacks… we love a woman who enjoyed life to the fullest and that my grandmother did.

Now, my mom is not only grieving the loss of her mother the person she cared for, protected, and loved fiercely but she’s suddenly left with all the costs that come next:

• Funeral arrangements

• Cost of living as she adjusts to being on her own again

• The kinds of “surprise” expenses you never expect after a loved one passes

We want her to have the room to grieve without immediately worrying about how she’s going to manage everything by herself. She deserves time to breathe, cry, remember, and heal and right now, I don’t want financial stress to steal that from her.

Any amount helps… truly. Whether it’s $5, a share on your social media, or simply a prayer, it all means the world to us.
