Hi, my name is Matt Koziol and I’m trying to raise money for medical bills and monthly bills.

I went out skateboarding like any other day and ended up breaking my knee, which required a major surgery to put screws and plates into my knee. Because of this, I’m not able to work for possibly up to two months and need help being able to pay my bills and pay for my ambulance ride.
