With a heavy heart, I share the painful loss of my husband, Emilio Rodriguez. My partner of 43 wonderful years, who passed away this Saturday, March 29th. He was a truly wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, and he will be sorely missed by all who were closest to him.

As an elderly woman of almost 80, I am struggling to afford the costs of giving him the dignified funeral he deserves. For the last year, my husband was in and out of the hospital, and we used our savings to keep him comfortable during his illness. Now, in this difficult time of grief, I find myself asking for help to cover the mortuary expenses and give him a proper farewell.

Con el corazón lleno de dolor, comparto la triste noticia del fallecimiento de mi esposo, Emilio Rodriguez mi compañero de 43 maravillosos años, quien falleció este sábado 29 de marzo. Fue un esposo, padre y abuelo verdaderamente maravilloso, y será profundamente extrañado por todos los que estuvimos más cerca de él.

Como mujer mayor de casi 80 años, estoy teniendo dificultades para cubrir los costos de darle el funeral digno que se merece. Durante el último año, mi esposo estuvo entrando y saliendo del hospital, y utilizamos nuestros ahorros para mantenerlo cómodo durante su enfermedad. Ahora, en este momento tan difícil de duelo, me veo en la necesidad de pedir ayuda para cubrir los gastos mortuorios y poder darle un adiós adecuado.
