Barely Holding On

Hi, my name is Juan Sebastian Restrepo, and I’m an artist trying to survive one of the hardest times in my life.

Right now, I’m facing serious challenges—my car was repossessed, I have no job, and I’m dealing with multiple health issues, including paranoid schizophrenia and a painful medical condition. On top of that, my mother has calcium buildup in her lungs, and my grandmother is senile and needs care. I’m doing everything I can to keep going, but I can’t do it alone.

I’m selling my artwork to help pay for food, medication, basic bills, and survival. Every painting I create holds a piece of my struggle and my hope—and buying one means supporting more than just art; it means helping someone in real need.
