Kaleb Mondale Cook was born on Feb 22 2008 and tragically passed away On May 11 2015 at 7 years old He was hit by a suv while enjoying his new bike after a great day at school he is survived by many family members and we just need help strenghth and support from everyone so he can peacefully be buried as well as his mother his brothers and sisters taking care of his whole house hold very promising loving gentleman of a young man please anything will greatly be appreciated
