Hello, my names Unikka the daughter of Georgia. On December 10 at 2:40pm, we lost our beautiful Queen Georgia Grayes. She was a mother of 4, a wife, and adopted her late daughters 4 children. She unfortunately struggled and fought for years with an auto immune disease called Polymyositis and Mixed Connective Tissue Disease that she was diagnosed with in 2010. A rare disease that causes the immune system to attack the healthy cells in your body. Over the years it attacks the different organs in your body. It’s been shocking to us because every hospital besides Saint Joseph’s held out on how her disease would take her life. They never told us her organs would be attacked as well. We were not prepared for this to take place so we are asking for any donations for the funeral arrangements as well as for bills since my dad had to take off of work majority of the time that she’s been in the hospital. Even if you don’t have it, please say a special prayer for us because we definitely need it. This one broke us for real.
