Challenge South Africa

Hi my name is Gino Orlando and i am 17 years old. I am a student at Stoke on Trent College and i am currently studying Sport and Development. I have been selected to represent the college on an incredible trip to Cape town. I am raising funds to enable me to take part in this “once in a lifetime” experience. As part of the trip i will use my sports coaching experience in local schools to conduct sports sessions for underprivileged children. I will also take gifts for the children to enjoy and do arts and crafts with them. I will meet local people to listen to their experiences and have an insight of what life is like over in South Africa. While meeting the local people i will also learn about the history including Nelson Mandela as we will visit Roben Island where he was imprisoned. This £450 will really help towards me going and i don’t want to miss out on this wonderful trip. If you can donate any amount it will be very appreciated and will get me one step closer in going. Once again this is a “once in a lifetime” opportunity and it will have a positive impact on me as a person and the people i meet!
