Support for George
Donation protected
Dear friends and family,
As many of you are aware, George Allen’s life took a bit of an unexpected turn when he was hospitalized earlier this summer for painful gallstones and issues with his pancreas. He required gallbladder surgery and care for his necrotizing pancreas. After surgery on July 21st, George continues to have complications related to the surgery, is battling pancreatitis, and has been re-hospitalized multiple times. At this point, he has been on feeding support for nearly 3 months. Now, a month after surgery he is still working toward being able to go home to recover. Medical professionals are estimating that recovery time could be as much as 6 months to a year. Despite the setbacks, we are optimistic and believe George can experience a full recovery.
George is eager to heal, spend time with family, and finish his studies at Davis Technical College. Unfortunately, George is unable to work during this time and needs help with his medical and living expenses.
We are asking for support in whatever way that you can. If you pray, please do. If you can assist financially, please do. Know that we wouldn’t ask if there wasn’t truly a need.
Please reach out to his family if you have any questions.
With love and gratitude.
