Dean's fight against cancer

Hi everyone! 

I am Dean's daughter, Emily, and would like to take a moment to share a little about my fighter of a Dad, Dean. 

My amazing Daddy, Dean, has been fighting stage 4 Colorectal cancer for the past 3 1/2 years. What a battle he has had, and continues to have daily. He has fought so hard and has recently decided to stop taking treatment. We as his family support him 10000%. He has truly fought for his life for the past 3 years. He has fought so hard for his wife, Marsha, whom we love so so much, and for his kids, grandchildren, parents, family and friends. He is tired, and it is now time for him to rest and try to enjoy the days that he has left with us. It's so difficult for me to type this. I personally am not ready to let go of my Daddy. I will not stop praying for a miracle. My Dad's trust and faith in God is what holds us all together most days. 

With all this being said, hospice has been called in and he is still having a really hard time. I am starting this Go Fund Me in hopes that it will alleviate any financial burdens from my Dad and Marsha. They deserve to be burden free right now as they have walked a difficult road.  

If you feel led, I ask that you donate what you can to help them in the days to come. Family, friends, and the community have all been such a blessing to my Daddy and Step Mom during his cancer journey, and we are so thankful.
