Hi, My name is Terrance Dyson. All of my life I’ve suffered from depression and food addiction. 10 months ago I decided not to live in that place anymore and take my life back. I signed up to have weight loss surgery at GW hospital in DC.

I’ve been going through this journey, losing enough weight to be approved to have surgery and seeking help to be healed from food addiction. I am only told today that my insurance has changed and now requires me to pay $1,500 immediately for an out-of-pocket deductible to have surgery. I did not plan for this unexpected fee. My life-changing surgery is scheduled for Tuesday July 27th.

This is a last-minute effort to obtain the money needed to have this life-changing surgery. I plan to update any donators on my surgery success and recovery if I’m able to have it.
