UCLA Sahana 2018

Sahana, named after the beautiful raag, is a new South Asian A Cappella competition hosted by UCLA Naya Zamaana, UCLA’s premier South Asian A Cappella team. Sahana is proud to be a bid competition for the second annual All-American Awaaz, a national championship for South Asian A Cappella. We are privileged to be given the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly developing circuit that is expanding this unique and diverse genre of music around the country. Sahana 2018 will be free to the public, and in order to make the show the best it can be, we are seeking sponsorships. Sponsors will be designated a space in the program and a percentage of profits will be given to Project RISHI (http://www.projectrishi.org/about), an organization which promotes health in rural India.  Donations of any amount are appreciated!
