Winston's Life Saving Surgery

Hello,

My Mom's dog Winston (a 15 month old french bulldog) is in need of a life saving surgery. He will need to have his nasal passages opened up as they are essentially completely closed, he needs to have excess soft palate tissue removed, as well as the glands that are supposed to sit to the side of his voice box, as they are currently in front of his voicebox closing off that part of his throat.

These issues are currently causing him to go through dizzy spells due to lack of oxygen to his brain, and sometimes causing him to go limp and unresponsive, it is causing choking while eating due to the extra tissue, he has trouble breathing while he is sleeping, and this will also cause him to get pneumonia frequently due to fluid getting down into his lungs.

He is the sweetest doggo ever, but my Mom cannot currently afford this much needed surgery. We would appreciate any help with ensuring Winston can live out a long and healthy life. He is only 15 months old and still has so much life to live.
