Help Send Me To Nationals!

Hello! My name is Danny Mefford and I am raising money in order to go to the National Invention Convention in Dearborn, Michigan from May 28th through June 1st. 

I invented the Baby Saver which is a weight activated heat sensor that attaches to a car seat and notifies the parent if a baby left inside of a hot car.  My hope is that my invention will someday save the life of a baby or child that is accidentally left in a hot car.  

I competed at the Ohio State Invention Convention in July of 2018 and I received the Industry Innovation Award and the Kid's Choice Award. 


The money raised will be used for:

Registration - $650
Hotel - $655
Gas - $75
Misc - $60
GoFundMe Fees - $115 (7.9% of the money raised) 

Total - $1555

(The registration deadline is May 1st.)  

If I am lucky enough to raise more than the $1555 needed to attend Nationals, I will be donating all of it back to the teachers at Clinton Massie Elementary School.  They have encouraged me through this amazing process and it would make me happy to be able to give something back to them!!!
