I have been dealing with migraines for well over a decade. It’s been a constant up and down battle of good times and bad. 4 months ago I was dealing with a rather difficult bout that was 3 weeks long. Mostly typical to my past migraines except this time I noticed I had Vertigo, but it wasn’t going away. It was 24/7. I sought the help of two specialists and was given several medications and a visit to physical therapy. No relief.

The vertigo overtime has improved but has never resolved. I am simply now just at a point that I am used to it. An endless ride on the Teacups.

But it isn’t just about the Vertigo.

During the past four months I have been experiencing an increase of troublesome and honestly, rather scary neurological symptoms. Difficulty with speech, swallowing, gait, balance, memory, cognition, brain fog, sleep disturbances, muscle spasm, weakness, extreme fatigue, pain, continued headache's and vision problems. Just a short list really and not all inclusive.

To try and describe how these past few months have felt without crying is not possible. My body feels trapped. Every day I am unsure of how my day will unfold. It truly is unpredictable from one moment to the next. And I can only take it as it happens. It has been completely miserable and still with not much relief to date.

I am asking for help to get MRI’s and other Neurological tests that have been ordered by my doctor in hopes of finding some answers.

Today is July 22 and it is my 43rd Birthday.
