I have personally experienced the effects of cancer and I'm sure we all have stories that have affected us as well.
I wish cancer could be eliminated as with the many hardships diseases cause but there are reminders that during the difficult times, love, strength, and determination prevails!!

For the years of running, I’ve kept the mantra of “Running one step at a time for those who can’t” and I’m still hopeful to be running the 50k in Marine Corp in October. Even more than ever each and every step is going to be with a prayer for the many lives challenged and this includes you, Henry.
