Shooting victim recovery

This is my beautiful young daughter Brianna. 2 days after her 22cnd birthday she was the victim of a shooting. With quick action from the raymond police, and EMTs she was brought to elliot truama center where she indured 2 surgeries and 9 days to fix the damage The bullet(a hollow point) went thru her stomach, thru her colon and fractured her pelvis and is lodged beside her ciatic nerve. She is a student at great bay collage studding criminal law there fore she was only able to work part time not qualifying her for health insurance thru her work as a security officer. But because she worked part time she didnt qualify for medicaid either. She planned on entering the police academy but that dream is now on hold as she struggles to be able to walk properly and her insides to function as they once did. Rehab was strongly recommended but with no insurance thats a difficult task as well. Her medical bills are already in the astronomical and expected to climb with further appt and surgeries expected. And with not being able to work even buying books for school will be a struggle. We have had some people donate to her and we greatly appreciate everyone who has helped us in the last 2 weeks.
