Fire Took Their Home—Help Them Recover

In the blink of an eye, everything changed.

A fire recently tore through my parents’ home and destroyed nearly all of their belongings. The house they worked so hard for—the one that held holiday memories, laughter, family milestones, and everyday comfort—is gone.

Thankfully, they are safe. But the loss is immense. They walked away with only the clothes on their backs and the heartbreak of watching a lifetime of memories disappear in flames.

They are now facing the overwhelming challenge of finding stable housing, replacing essentials, and figuring out how to rebuild from nothing. Insurance will help, but it won’t cover it all—and it can’t ease the emotional toll.
